Ingredients:
¼ kg cooking oil
1 kg tenderloin, cut into
cubes
1 tablespoon garlic,
minced
1 cup chopped onion
2 cup broth
1 ½ tablespoons salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
2 green peppers, sliced
6 pieces potatoes, fried
2 tablespoons flour
Procedures:
Heat the cooking in the
casserole. Cook the tenderloin meat in the cooking oil until golden
brown and remove. On the same cooking oil saute garlic and onion. Add
the tenderloin and broth, and season with salt and pepper. Add into
the mixture also the green pepper and potatoes. In a bowl get 5
tablespoons of broth and dissolve in to it the flour. Add the
dissolved flour in to the tenderloin mixture. The dish is cooked when
the sauce is thickened.
