Shredded Chicken Meat Curry

Ingredients:

1 medium size chicken (stewed and shredded into pieces)
1 chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1 can green peas, drained
2 teaspoon margarine
1 cup coconut milk
1 piece ginger (extracted)
1 teaspoon curry powder
salt and pepper

Procedures:

  1. Melt the margarine in a 1 quart casserole. Saute garlic and onion until light brown. Add extracted ginger juice and the shredded chicken meat.
  2. Mix curry powder and cook in a medium-low fire. Seasons with salt and pepper.
  3. Cook for 5 minutes. Add the coconut milk. Remove from the stove and add the green peas. Serve with rice.
