Bachoy

Ingredients:

pork meat (cut in to cubes)
pork organs such as liver, kidneys, fat and etc.(cut)
garlic chives (chopped)
ginger (minced)
onions (chopped)
fish sauce
pepper
salt
small potato chopped
water

Procedure:

Saute garlic, onions, and ginger until golden brown. Add water, season with salt and pepper. Add the pork meat and organs. Cook until the meats are tender. Place chopped potato and wait until cook. Add garlic chives before to serve. Serve it hot. Fish sauce can be added according to your taste.
