Ingredients:
1 lb prawns
½ cup soy sauce
½ teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoon vinegar
¼ cup rice starch
1/3 cup cooking oil
1 chopped onion
Procedures:
- Clean the prawns well. Remove the body shell while leaving the head and tail attached.
- Combine soy sauce, vinegar and pepper. Marinade the prawns into it for an hour.
- Heat the frying pan with cooking oil. Coat the prawns with rice starch and deep fry.
- Remove the prawns from the pan when their color change. Drip excess oil.
- Serve with appetizing sauce made from marinaded sauce and chopped onions combined.
