Prawns Asado Recipe

Ingredients:

1 lb prawns
½ cup soy sauce
½ teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoon vinegar
¼ cup rice starch
1/3 cup cooking oil
1 chopped onion

Procedures:

  1. Clean the prawns well. Remove the body shell while leaving the head and tail attached.
  2. Combine soy sauce, vinegar and pepper. Marinade the prawns into it for an hour.
  3. Heat the frying pan with cooking oil. Coat the prawns with rice starch and deep fry.
  4. Remove the prawns from the pan when their color change. Drip excess oil.
  5. Serve with appetizing sauce made from marinaded sauce and chopped onions combined.
